How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.
Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Why so long? Your t-shirt is printed when we receive your order! Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t fret, though! It’s super easy to restock and your wait time will be minimized!
Shipping: Shipping options can range within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select. Expedited service is available for some orders upon request.
Where is my order being shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from California. I know this may sound confusing, since, our name is Philadelphia Printworks. But, while we are based in Philadelphia, our printing for online orders takes place on the West Coast.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not have any stockists or store fronts at this time. But, we are working on it!
What if the product is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-print it and re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Philadelphia Printworks unfortunately would not take responsibility.
Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?
We will send you tracking information with the automatic shipping notification you receive after an order is fulfilled. Tracking information can also be found by checking your Order Status.
Note that international orders shipped via a flat or standard rate do not include full tracking.
If I choose the FedEx shipping rate at checkout, do you also print that order faster?
Yes, we do! All orders to be shipped with a FedEx priority level of service are automatically bumped to the top of our fulfillment queue to assure the best possible fulfillment time. This can often cut the fulfillment time in half for orders with an expedited shipping rate!
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Your client is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
Can you add a message to the order?
Gift messages are now available. Send an email to email@example.com with your note! The gift message must be less than 200 characters.
Can you print a custom design?
Unfortunately, we can not print a custom design for you. Each tee requires a lot of time to create from concept to execution. Since we're a small company, we'd prefer to leave printing services up to local printers who focus on that work and instead focus on the quality and shipping of the designs we do offer.
In the case of returns, how do you handle a returned shipment that was undeliverable as addressed?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns are restocked after 30 days.
